Step 1: Fill Out a Free Family Application

Below you will tell us about your family’s needs, schedule, and the type of support you’re looking for. This helps us understand how to serve you best. (Don’t worry — there’s no cost to apply!)

Step 2: Register Your Family

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll complete your family registration and pay the one-time $150 registration fee. This officially gets you on our roster and allows us to begin your caregiver search. This fee covers the careful work we do behind the scenes — from thorough background and reference checks on every caregiver, preparing clear contracts to protect both families and caregivers, and setting up your family’s profile in our system. (Other Georgia agencies often charge $250–$300, but we keep our fees lower to make quality care more accessible.)

👉 If you’re looking for babysitting only, you can skip this step — babysitting families only pay a small booking fee instead of the registration fee.

Step 3: Get Matched & Placed

We’ll carefully match you with a qualified, background-checked caregiver or helping hand who fits your family’s needs. Once you hire your nanny, RBT, or household support, a placement fee is due. This is a 10% percentage of your nanny’s gross annual salary and reflects the time, resources, and expertise required to ensure a successful long-term match.

💡 Other Georgia agencies typically charge 12–15% of the nanny’s gross annual salary. Cozy Hearts Care charges at the lower end of that range, because we believe that families shouldn’t have to overpay for peace of mind. Our goal is to keep costs reasonable while still providing personalized, trustworthy matches.

Babysitting Booking Fees

For families seeking occasional babysitting, Cozy Hearts Care charges a simple $20 booking fee per appointment. This helps cover the cost of matching you with a fully vetted, background-checked sitter. Your sitter is paid separately and directly by you at their agreed hourly rate.

• Last-minute bookings (under 24 hours): +$10 rush fee
• Overnight care: Booking fee will be adjusted to $30
